CONDITIONS OR HIRE: Any deposit will be lost in the event that your group is forced to cancel transport with us. We still need to pay drivers and we have buses stilling around in this case. Over night accommodation for drivers will be paid by the hirer at a rate of $100 per night. This may be extra to the hire cost but we will advise you if this is the case. In the event of a break down or we can not complete the tour the hirer will only be charged for the distance already travelled. If this occurs before the start of the hire a full refind of your deposit is made. Any breakage or soiling of the bus by any member of a group a repair or cleaning bill will be be charged to the hirer. Any bus ticket to any concert sold by us is under the condition that if the concert is cancelled for any reason we will refund only 50% of the purchase price.
Host Responsibility - Transporting groups after they have been drinking.
Before we agree to transport groups of people that will have been drinking please be aware of the following.
You or your company as the organisers would need to ensure that each person is in a condition that they can easily gain entry into any bar, you need to supply a sober person on the bus that is able to keep everyone seated and in control and
your group can not take liquor on the bus. The Police take the view that if you allow people to get intoxicated you need to get them home safely not just get them into town. The latest time that we would transport a group is 11:30 at night. This is to ensure the safety of your friends, work mates and our drivers.
